Age requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse, order, or purchase from this site. We verify age with valid government-issued photo ID at pickup, and we will refuse any order where ID cannot be produced or does not match the name on the order.

Orders placed on behalf of someone under the legal age will be cancelled.

Orders are reservations

Placing an order on this site reserves items at the counter under your name. It is not a completed sale until you collect and pay in store.

Prices and availability shown here reflect our shop system and can change. If something sells out before you collect, we will contact you and cancel that line at no charge.

Fulfilment

Age-restricted products are available for in-store pickup only. Where an order contains any such item, the entire order is held for pickup.

Where delivery or shipping is offered for non-restricted goods, we ship only to addresses we are legally permitted to serve.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on consumables, or on any item removed from sealed packaging.

Defective glass or hardware may be exchanged within 14 days with your order reference. Bring the item and your reference to the counter.

Intended use

Products sold here are intended for legal use only by adults. We do not sell to anyone who indicates unlawful intent.
